There's a miraculous alchemy that's impressing scientists throughout the world as a sure fire way of giving men and women - regardless of age - a longer, more enjoyable life. Now Wadhurst U3A is getting in the groove. It's called table tennis... or ping pong to you and me!

Thousands of people well into their 90s and even centenarians are discovering its powers of youthful transformation. What's more, it's easy to learn, is fun, sociable and because the bats and balls are incredibly light, is an absolute breeze for third and fourth agers.

Not only is it a great workout without even noticing it, ping pong requires the brain to be totally engaged. That's why scientists say it can help with onset dementia.

Why not give it a try?
