Well Done to our terrific Karate Group! In July 2026, after lots of hard work and dedication, some of our members acquired their Red Belts. If you'd like to find out more, please contact Marianne using the link at the top of this page.
This Karate class is aimed at mature u3a members and designed to help with Fitness, Wellbeing, Balance, Co-ordination, Mental Focus and Relaxation.
The Group is now active and open to new members.
