These classes give you the chance to learn ballroom dance steps at a gentle pace. No partners are needed, just join in and enjoy the benefits of exercise to music with a qualified Fitstep instructor, The cost is £8.00pp for u3a members (and £10pp for non members).

It is a fabulous way to have fun and get fit, so come along! We look forward to welcoming you all.

The classes are held on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 11.15am to 12.15pm in Ticehurst Village Hall.

Note: A new beginners class will also be offered on Wednesday 13th May and Wednesday, 10th June.
