The slow, tranquil movements of Tai Chi helps bring down the heart rate and create a feeling of relaxation and calm. Tai Chi will increase your energy levels and lay a good foundation for further improvements to your health and well-being. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft, flat shoes or trainers.
